The brief
Make the next food decision easier.
Foodedo connects three jobs that are often separate: choosing meals, keeping recipes and making a shopping list. I designed and built the product, then relaunched it around a simpler flow. People can try a suggested week before creating an account, adjust their meals and keep their recipes in the same place.

What it enables
One connected flow, from meals to shopping.
Plan the days you need
Choose a date range and servings, then start with suggested meals rather than a blank week.
Keep the plan flexible
Swap meals or leave days free so the plan fits the way you actually cook.
Shop from the plan, not from memory
Bring recipe ingredients together in a shopping list so planning carries through to the shop.

Meal planning
Let people try it before signing up.
Visitors can generate a suggested week before creating an account. That lets them see the product’s value first, then adjust meals and save the plan when they are ready.

Recipe library
Your own recipes belong in the plan too.
One recipe library connects discovery with planning. People can browse meals and keep their own recipes alongside them, so the product supports familiar favourites as well as new ideas.

Planning setup
Ask only what the plan needs.
Days, start date and servings are grouped into a short setup step. The choices stay visible before generation, so people can shape a useful plan without filling in a long questionnaire.
